Parking Information

Summer Conference Parking Instructions:

To purchase a Summer Conference Parking Permit, please visit Stanford Parking Portal. For step-by-step instructions, refer to this guide.

Use the appropriate code based on your month of participation:

  • Residential Summer Programs JUNE permit voucher code: JUNE2025

  • Residential Summer Programs JULY permit voucher code: JULY2025

  • Residential Summer Programs AUGUST permit voucher code: AUGUST2025

Daily Parking Permits:

Daily permits are available for purchase. For step-by-step instructions, refer to this guide. Use the following code at checkout:
  • Residential Summer Programs Daily permit voucher code: DAILY2025
All parking permits are virtual, non-refundable, and valid only in the following residential zones: EA, ES, SJ, SO, WE, and shared residential spaces (e.g., EA/C, WE/C). Residential lots are enforced 24/7.

Important: Do not park in A, C, or Visitor spaces with a residential permit. Be sure to read all posted signs carefully as violations will result in a citation from Santa Clara County.
