SIGecom is pleased to offer travel grants to facilitate in-person attendance at EC 2025 by students and, separately, by any researcher (including students) from low and middle income countries (LMICs). In the likely event that requests exceed available funds in each category, preference will be given to authors of accepted papers, researchers from LMICs, members of gender minorities, and those who would either face financial hardship or would not be able to attend EC without funding. If awarded and depending on demand, funding for the conference is like to be $500 – $1000 USD and will not cover full expenses for any attendee.
Additionally, SIGecom is pleased to offer childcare grants that will assist with the costs associated with providing childcare while attending the ACM EC conference. Please note, we will not be providing direct childcare for the conference, and you will be responsible for making your own childcare arrangements.
