Register Now!

If you are a student ACM member, please proceed by clicking the Member registration button, and then use the email that is associated with your ACM membership. The system will automatically detect your student status and give you the student rates. If you don’t see the student rates when you get to the pricing page, please let us know.

If you are a student non-member, please proceed by clicking the Non-Member registration button and then check the box that designates that you are a student, to get the student non-member rates.

If you just registered for an ACM membership. You will have to wait for your ACM membership to become active, i.e. check the “start date” of your membership. Then you can visit the registration page again once your membership becomes active, start a registration from scratch and move forward with the registration.

Also make sure you visit early the accommodations page and follow the instructions to book your on-campus housing, which is the most economic option for lodging.

Note: On the registration page, you will be asked if you are an ACM member. This is satisfied by either membership of the main ACM or just the ACM SIGecom. The most affordable way to register for EC 2025 is to first sign up as an ACM SIGecom member—fees are low ($10 Professional / $5 Student) and registration can easily be completed online. More information on ACM SIGecom membership can be found here.

In-person registration includes access to the full technical program and all workshops, breakfasts, lunches, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, an opening reception, and a banquet.

Virtual registration includes access only to the virtual tutorial week and is free of charge.

Early rates apply if one registers by June 19, 2025

Late rates apply if one registers by July 2, 2025

Registrants July 2, 2025 and later incur on-site rates.
